About the speaker:

Aparna Vedapuri Singh is the Founder and CEO of Women’s Web – a leading digital
platform that enables women to tell their own stories.
Aparna graduated in Journalism, English Literature and Psychology from Mount
Carmel College, Bangalore and went on to do a post-graduate diploma in
Communications (PGDC) from the prestigious Mudra Institute of Communications,
Ahmedabad (MICA). Since 2000, she has worked in Marketing & Business
Development at global organizations such as AC Nielsen, Symrise, and Frost &
Sullivan.
In 2010, Aparna decided to return to her first interest: the business of words, and
started Women’s Web, perceiving a need in the Indian market, for an authentic
platform that served all of the women’s interests.
Since then, she has grown Women’s Web to become an integral part of Indian
women’s daily consumption, and a community that now boasts of over 10000 high-

With a core tech team she was able to conceptualize software engines for various services. Software engine based services is the current USP of Amphisoft. She ensured Amphisoft's growth from a 4 member team to 150 member team over 10 years with a linear growth year on year, remaining completely bootstrapped.

She also worked for IBM as a social media business manager for its then newly launched product Pure Systems (cloud-based servers). And then worked for a gaming studio, marketing their mobile games on social media venues.

As a social media coach today, she takes up social media management from busy business owners and helps them focus on other jobs of their business.
